I bought this item for the sole purpose of reducing wind noise when I'm shooting ebike videos for YouTube. This definitely resolved the issue I was having. The fit is tight so you won't have any fears of losing it, and the inner foam pieces that covers the microphones of the X5 are easily replacabl. If you have similar issue these are definitely worth the investment.
