Have only used a few times but seems to hold my camera in place . Easy to attach and detach . Love the built in phone holder for selfies.

The Ball Head Is Just What I Expected, Firm And Steady Enough. However, The Quick Release Plate Is Small And Can Not Hold A Combo Of Heavy Lens Plus Camera Body Steady At Vertical Position, A L Bracket Is Needed In This Case. Other Than That, The Ball Head Is A Little Stiff And Does Not Move Very Smoothly Per My Own Experience.
