Support your midsize camera rig on the go with this VT-3500C Carbon Fiber Tripod System with Fluid Head from Magnus. The VT-3500C is a durable yet lightweight video tripod system with an aluminum fluid head and sturdy carbon fiber legs that can support loads up to 26.4 lb. The system features a pan/tilt fluid head for smooth operation, with an adjustable 70mm half ball mount, left/right rosettes for the included pan bar, and a Manfrotto 501-type quick release plate. The VT-3500C tripod system weighs only 7.7 lb.

The 3-section leg design allows you to adjust the tripod's height from 33.7 to 72.9", and it folds down to 35.5" for transport. A mid-level spreader, flip locks on the legs, pan and tilt locks on the head, rubber leveling feet, and a bubble level provide stability and precision leveling.

Lightweight Construction
The reduced-weight carbon fiber legs allow you to carry the tripod farther with less strain on your back while remaining sturdy enough to support loads up to 26.4 lb. Carbon fiber is also more resistant to corrosion, changes in temperature, and unwanted shakes to keep your rig steady.
2-Way Fluid Head
The aluminum fluid head delivers smooth, even panning and tilting for seamless camera motion, making your video look steady and professional. Attach the included pan handle onto the left or right side of the head using the rosettes on either side. The 70mm leveling ball includes a tie-down handle for easy adjustments and a highly viewable bubble level to ensure everything is level before recording.
Quick Release Plate
The Manfrotto 501-type quick release plate allows you to easily mount and dismount your camera by locking or unlocking it in and out of the head in seconds. A safety lock with push-button security prevents the quick release lever from accidentally unlocking when removing or tilting your camera.
Stabilized Legs
Flip the locks to deploy the three-section legs for a stable base, offering a quick setup with an extendable height from 33.75 to 72.9". A mid-level spreader adds additional rigidity and ensures efficient operation when spreading and collapsing the legs. The legs fold down to 35.5" for transport.
Self-Adjusting Rubber Feet
Place the tripod down on uneven surfaces, and the rubber feet will adjust for stability. This allows you to shoot indoors or outdoors on rough or angled flooring, and the tripod will remain stable.
Carrying Case
The included padded carrying case shields your tripod from bumps and scratches while you haul it to your next shoot. An adjustable shoulder strap allows you to quickly throw the case over your shoulder, and an interior pocket provides storage for additional accessories.

Magnus DWF-2 Universal Tripod Dolly

The Magnus DWF-2 Universal Tripod Dolly presents a simple, affordable way to put your tripod on wheels. The dolly features 2" ball-bearing metal/rubber wheels that feature revolving assemblies. That means you can steer your tripod along any line imaginable to capture a smooth tracking shot.

The DWF-2 dolly bears loads up to 33 lb and features adjustable clamps to lock just about any size of tripod foot into place securely. Mounting a tripod is easy: Just line up each tripod foot and twist the thumb screws to tighten each clamp.

Each leg bar extends up to 4.9" to accommodate tripods of various dimensions, and flip locks secure the extension. Fully extended, the dolly has a doorway width of 31". With step-on locks for each wheel, you can easily transform your rolling tripod into a sturdy lock-down mount for your camera.

Two of the legs fold down to create a compact package for transport – the dolly folds down to just 17 x 5".

Budget friendly with pro features!

If you're on a budget, but you still want a pro level tripod that's also carbon fiber- this is a great option. Here are the three things that stand out to me the most... 1. Carbon fiber is your best bet to keep the weight down while also allowing for a strong tripod. 2. The adjustable ball is great when wanting to level the image without moving each leg individually. This feature alone saves me a ton of time when setting up talking head interviews. 3. I like that the rubber feet are a thick rubber and prevent the tripod from sliding on tile floors. Over all, given that this tripod can carry up to 26.4lbs, it makes it a great option as a main tripod or as a back up. These pro features can make setting up and getting the shot easier and the price makes this a no brainer if you need a prosumer tripod. [I have received this product in exchange for my honest review]

needed a tripod for video camera with an ipad/teleprompter mounted, too. this works SOOO much better than our old one. much smoother movement, locks in place right where you want it and is more solid, less suscptible to vibration.
