SOMA Laboratory Messeiver is a shortwave receiver that connects you to radio stations from all over the world. Rather than relying on a traditional tuner to isolate a single station, Messeiver simultaneously captures a palette of broadcasts and blends them into a mix that evolves along with our Earth's shifting nature.
Anything from wind direction, storms, and humidity to conditions in space changes the listening experience. Messeiver is built by hand with brass inlays, designed as a tribute to early 20th-century radios. Its wide-range speaker, custom coil, NOS germanium diodes, and vintage neon bulb create a combination of past-meets-future ambience.
