Ideal for bars, restaurants, hotels, museums, and many other commercial spaces with limited ceiling clearance, the Yamaha VXC5F is a low-profile, ceiling-mounted loudspeaker featuring a full-range 4.5" driver. With a wide 130° conical coverage and optimized bass-reflex design, this loudspeaker provides a firm, tight low end while covering a wide area with only a single speaker.
The VXC5F sports a 30W 70/100V multi-tap transformer with an 8-ohm bypass option for handling both low- and high-impedance audio installations. This loudspeaker has a max power handling of 160W peak. Overload protection is built in to ensure protection of your driver and the audio network. Input and thru connections are available via 4-pin block. With a light weight, a flexible carrying handle, and anti-drop tabs, this loudspeaker is easy to carry and safe to install. The VXC5F includes two paintable speaker grilles, two block plugs, two terminal covers, two O-rings, four tile rails, four screws, and a cutout template.

An anti-drop tab mechanism securely holds the speaker in place, so that the installation can proceed safely and efficiently. There’s also a release lever that allows the speaker to be smoothly removed from the ceiling as required. Double-threaded screws used for the speaker clamp mechanism allow the clamps to be tightened twice as fast as conventional screws.
