First off this will only fit heads up to about 7-3/4. I wish the material was more elastic as it's very stiff and with a head size approaching the max it's a tight fit. There's a small amount of elastic band but it does not allow for much flex. Otherwise I like this as it does not have the strap over-the-top of your head so it's much more simple to use. It's also DJI's typical high quality with the very simple to use magnetic mound and clamps, which are so precise you can easily place the camera in the mount with the band on your head.
