Black Box Flexpoint Async RS-232 Extender over Fiber Unit (SC Fiber)

Deliver data up to 1.6 miles via multimode fiber connection using the Flexpoint Async RS-232 Extender over Fiber Unit from Black Box. The extender features SC fiber transmitter and receiver ports which auto-sense speeds up to 115.2 kb/s. A DB-9 RS-232 port can convert and extend serial signals. Switch between DTE and DCE configurations as well as half-duplex and full-duplex operation. An included DC power supply powers the extender. Remote loop capability allows you to facilitate remote fiber testing and LEDs are available for status monitoring.
