Decent case, seems protective but there's a MASSIVE FLAW in the design of the case. There are 2 pieces of fabric that keep the top of the case from flapping all the way over when you open the case. I would MUCH rather had a sleeve that I take my MacBook Pro 16" our of than this case. Look at my photos and video I made and you'll see what I mean. DO NOT just wrecklessly close your laptop without making SURE those flaps aren't closed inside your screen and keyboard... Thule even put a "NOTICE" inside of the case to make sure you don't do this... seems like a design flaw to me. I had NO clue before I purchased it that this was the case... a laptop case shouldn't require more effort than just a close zip and go.
I spent well over 5 grand for my new Mac Book Pro and read a ton of reviews of various fitted hard cases causing damage to the body of the computer. I saw the Thule on a tech review page as the top sleeve. It's really well made with a durable zipper and protective padding along the edges and corners, and an outer more rigid exterior. Highly recommend.
