Will this microphone work with the 650 model? They seem very much the same shape.
The Sennheiser HD 500 BAM Add-On Boom Arm Microphone is not compatible with the Sennheiser HD650 model and will not work.

There is no adapter to make the Sennheiser HD 500 BAM Add-On Boom Arm Microphone compatible with the Sennheiser HD650.
