Think Tank Photo FocusPoint Reviews

Excited!

I'm looking forward to using this bag on my upcoming trip. The camera area can accommodate my z8 w/24-120 and a few odds and ends while sightseeing, or I can remove those odds and ends and it can also have room for my 100-400 on my long lens day. The top will still have room for the layers of clothes that this trip will require. I'm glad I bought the larger bag. It's large enough without being too much for both the airplane travel and the daily use.

Another new bag

I love this bag for my OM Mark1 II. it is snug for the camera kit which is fine and extra inside pouch is great as I always seem to have too much to carry. I have however resigned myself to not using this bag for my Nikon Z6 II as it is just too tall with a lens. So thumbs up for a Micro 43 kit not so good for a full frame kit.

Will this hold a R5 w/70-200 attached, 100-500 and a 2?4-70
Asked by: Michael
Although Thinktank shows it can carry one 70-200 with a pro body like R5, but in real-world situations, the side access and the rear hatch of camera compartment have very narrow openings for the kind of usage ThinkTank markets it to. I experienced difficulties with Fujifilm X-h2S, taking it in and out of the bag with Sigma 17-40 1.8 attached.

can i fit 2 sony a7IV camera bodies, 2 lenses (70-200 & 16-35) along with 2 speedlights?
Asked by: Gina
The Think Tank Photo FocusPoint Rolltop Camera Backpack (Urban Rust, 30 L) could fit two A7 IV cameras and these two lenses as long as one of the lenses is not attached to the camera body; however, adding two speedlights may not fit in the camera compartment of the bag.

Will a Sony a74iV with the battery grip fit with a 16-35mm?
Asked by: Andrew
The Sony a7IV with the Sony FE 16-35mm f/2.8 GM II Lens (Sony E) attached should fit in the Think Tank Photo FocusPoint Rolltop Camera Backpack (Urban Rust, 30 L); however, if you have the Sony VG-C4EM Vertical Grip attached to the camera, then it would be too tall to properly fit in the camera compartment.
