I the x3pro is loose on my Canon R3 hot shoe. I can turn it 15 degrees. My Xpro, XproII and X3 are tight. Is this normal?
As of Last week, the problem has not been solved. I was told that it had by Godox. I contacted B&H, they told me they had the new version. Bought it. Not sure if it was a new version or not. Got it. It wobbled in my Canon R6 Mark III and R5 Mark II. Contacted B&H, they said that they were unaware of any new version. Got an RMA. Sent the unit back.
