I have gone through 3 rounds of RMA; all 4 units of this device that I have had in my possession failed to charge via the wall, and this failed to deliver power to my devices. Something is deeply wrong with the design of this product lol. Thankfully B&H has an amazing customer service team, so this process has been less frustrating than it could have been. But seriously, don't buy this item. There are plenty of other brands making good power banks that BH sells
