The Atomos Shinobi 7 RX HDMI/SDI HDR On-Camera Monitor/Wireless Receiver (B&H# ATSHIN7RX) does not come with a sun shade. At the time of this writing, no such direct-fit shade is available as a separate purchase. However, you could purchase the SmallRig Monitor Cage Kit for Atomos Shinobi 7 (B&H# SM3456) and add a few screws and washers to attach a piece of something fairly rigid like cardboard or plastic in the shape of an inverted U to the device to get that effect for now.

Currently camera control when using the Atomos Shinobi 7 RX HDMI/SDI HDR On-Camera Monitor/Wireless Receiver is only accomplished when using a USB-C connection. It does not support wireless camera control.
