Designed to always deliver quality performance whether in the studio or on the road, the Blackstar Series One 100 MK II is a 100W tube amplifier head sporting four 12AX7 preamp tubes, one 12AU7 preamp tube, and four potent 6L6 power tubes. Combining build quality and tonal excellence, this four-channel amp head offers easy American to British tones with the patented ISF tone control.
With Dynamic Power Reduction, you can use a variable control to shift the Series One MK II from 100W all the way down to 10W while maintaining proper sag and response, ensuring you always get the tone of a small overdriven tube amp at any volume level. Four footswitchable channels are provided, each with independent gain and volume controls. Two channels sport an overdrive button, while the other two channels are split between a clean channel (with Warm/Plexi and Bright/Class-A modes) and a crunch channel (with super crunch mode). The amp also delivers master 3-band EQ, resonance, presence, and volume control. I/O includes a series FX loop with FX input sensitivity switch, speaker-emulated output via XLR and 1/4", two 1/4" speaker outputs with selectable 4-, 8-, or 16-ohm operation, MIDI input and thru for switching via 5-pin DIN, and a footswitch terminal. The Series One MK II amp head includes an FS-3 footswitch.
