Love the Blower...but....

I really do love this blower, the size and the amount of air it puts out...and the fact that it doesn't just recirculate the dust. My issue is with its "maintenance and the customer support. The box says you should change out the purify ring in it after a year, and that you can also be taken off to clean. Nowhere have I found that replacement ring, and I can't for the life of me figure out how to remove to clean. I emailed VSGO to inquire. They were very quick to ask for a picture of the unit so they could respond. I did that and have not hear back from then. B&H, so you have any idea about this????
