The 10-ml bottle has what looks like a dispenser, but no fluid gets through it. Bottle itself is rigid, so you can't squeeze it out either. I had to pop off the "dispenser" and use a pipet. The fluid itself seems to work well. Users who reported streaking may have used more than the one drop called for.
