The 5-Pin XLR Female to RJ45 Adapter from Kopul allows 5-pin DMX controllers and lights to be connected by an Ethernet cable. Integrating this adapter into a DMX512 system is a simple solution for replacing heavy, bulky, and costly cables with thin, lightweight, and economical CAT-5 and CAT-6 Ethernet cables.

These adapters came in handy for my commercial shoot where we utilized a theatrical stage and these came in handy to send all the stage stuff to my tablet. No drop in signal and no loss of connection. This one got pulled on from someone stepping on the cable and it came didn’t even pop out! If you need a connection adapter then I recommend getting this one. [I have received this product in exchange for my honest review.]
