The Allen-Avionics VIT-75 video isolation transformer is designed to eliminate hum caused specifically by ground loops. The VIT series is designed to eliminate these problems by breaking the ground connection. It also has the ability to deal with noise problems caused by large voltage potential differences up to 500 VDC.

Operates With High Voltage Potentials
Even when the DC voltage potentials are very high(up to 500 VDC) this passive transformer will operate normally and pass a high quality signal while blocking the voltage.
