The Pearl-2 Base Video Mixer from Epiphan is a powerful live-production mixer that lets you create visually appealing live video programs by combining, encoding, switching, and recording up to six video sources and two audio sources. With Pearl-2 you can share any kind of video, anytime, anywhere. Simple to use with a web-based portal for initial configuration, you get a drag and drop interface to create completely customizable layouts for your live stream. You can choose to keep Pearl-2's default encoding settings or customize them to meet your exact needs. Designed for lecture capture, it features native integration with the Epiphan ecosystem, direct to Panopto recording, AI-powered auto-tracking with user-defined zones, and fleet management.
Broadcast-Quality 4K60 Video
- The EC20 camera's features a 1/1.8" 4K CMOS 8.42MP sensor for crisp, broadcast-quality imagery.
- The integrated zoom lens has an optical zoom range of 20x, and you can zoom in further with up to 16x digital zoom.
- With 255 programmable preset positions via serial control, you can set the camera to rapidly move between positions using IP, RS-232, or RS-485 with separately available controllers.
Panopto Recording Camera
Stream, record, and upload video from the camera directly to Panopto without a PC or additional hardware. A single PoE connection delivers power, network, video, and audio. Capture rooms that were out of reach or bring presenter video into slide-only setups.
Main and Preview Streams
Transmit a mainstream up to UHD 4K60 and a preview stream up to 480p using NDI HX2, SRT, TCP/IP, HTTP, RTSP, or RTMP(s) protocols. NDI HX2 compatibility enables you to streamline your workflow with a single cable and over-the-network video streams.
