Featuring a dual-band, dual-antenna architecture, the Xtalk Master operates across two independent frequency bands simultaneously. If interference affects one band, the system automatically switches to the other, maintaining clear, uninterrupted communication. With intelligent adaptive routing, the system delivers up to 1640' of stable coverage and ultralow 45 ms latency, even in complex multi-user mesh environments.
Smart A/B Grouping with a New Management Structure
Unlike traditional intercom systems—where A/B grouping is typically limited to base-station control—the Xtalk Master introduces a fully reimagined group management concept through the SYNCO Audio app. Smart A/B grouping can be managed directly from the headset or base station, while the app enables a structured communication hierarchy designed for real-world production workflows.
Group A functions as the management group, bringing together directors and team leaders for high-level coordination. Group B serves as the executive group and can be subdivided into specialized teams such as B1 (art team), B2 (sound team), B3 (camera team), and B4 (lighting team). This layered structure allows leadership to coordinate globally while departments communicate independently—improving efficiency, reducing cross-talk, and creating a more organized and comfortable workflow for complex productions.
Users can instantly switch between Group A, Group B, or All-Call modes with a single touch. The SYNCO Audio app for iOS and Android also enables private one-to-one conversations, group creation and management, real-time battery and device monitoring, locating misplaced units, and over-the-air firmware updates.
Remote Collaboration and System Expansion
When paired with an XStation base station (available separately) the system offers USB-C UAC connectivity, allowing the Xtalk Master to integrate directly with computers for remote communication via platforms like Zoom, enabling unlimited off-site participants to join the conversation for large-scale operations. By linking two units via cable, teams can scale up to 40 users across 20 channels, and cross-brand compatibility with 4-wire intercom systems allows seamless integration into existing professional communication infrastructures.

Lightweight, ergonomic single-ear headsets feature a pressure-free headband and soft ear padding for comfortable all-day wear while maintaining awareness of the surrounding environment.
