Conference confidently with the Televic Confidea WAP G4 Wireless Access Point, a highly compact and discreet WAP that acts as the heart of the Confidea wireless conferencing system. With worry-free Wi-Fi 5 technology capable of operating in the upper 5 GHz band to avoid common interference, this system is designed for reliable operation.
This version of the Confidea WAP sports both balanced analog and digital audio connectivity via block and Dante (eight channels) respectively, for connections to external audio sources and destinations. The unit itself features spatial diversity with a MIMO antenna design, along with algorithms for masking the loss of data packets, ensuring continuous audio over a wide 131' range. Further technologies for improving audio stability include self-healing channel switching and a clean channel manager. This access point is PoE+ powered via an RJ45 PoE port which offers 802.1X security. The WAP features WAP2 Enterprise security, Radius server certificate validation, encryption key negotiation at each startup, and a unique encryption key for each connected device. Management of all functions is easy with the Confero web-based software.

A custom standby screen can be uploaded to personalize the units according to the customer, meeting, or event. Adding the Confero 360 management software opens up a wealth of additional functionality to facilitate meeting preparation, moderation, participant engagement, and meeting reporting. Different user roles can be configured so users are only confronted with functionality for the task at hand.
