Tilta Hydra x Dan Ming Speed Pan System Overview

Remotely control panning and provide tilt adjustments to your Hydra x rig with this Hydra x Dan Ming Speed Pan System from Tilta. This compact mounting system Pro Kit is compatible with the Hydra x car-mounting system and features a Manfrotto/Arca-type quick release system, arms with an electronic suction cup system, a 360° panning system controllable using an optional 0.8 MOD motor, ±15° tilting, and bottom NATO rails.
Camera Compatibility
The Speed Pan system is compatible with all types of cameras and rig sizes, including action cameras, mirrorless cameras, box-style cameras, and the Rialto/Flex System.
Smooth Angle Adjustments
The adjustable tilt head can smoothly and easily adjust the camera angle ±15° with the built-in tilt head, and it can also pan 360°.
Universal 0.8 MOD Compatible
The center of the head features a robust 0.8 MOD gear that allows you to remotely control the panning of the head.

The standard gear teeth design is compatible with all pro-grade lens motors with a 0.8 MOD cine gear.

High-Speed Mounting Power
When mounted onto the separately available Hydra x system suction cups, the head is rated for speeds up to 75 mph, and it can support payloads up to 7 lb.
Clean Cable Passthrough
The head's hollow design allows cables to route directly through the head, preventing tangles and keeping setups neat and clean.
Mounting
The top cheese plate adapter features multiple 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threads with 2" spacing, and it provides mounting for the included Manfrotto/Arca-type receiver and quick release plate for your camera rig. It also includes an action camera mount.

On the bottom, there are three NATO rails and an extended rod adapter for mounting onto the included NATO extensions, articulating arms, and electronic suction cups for secure mounting on a car.
