ASUS QG-U1080 Overview

Enable high-speed connectivity to NAS devices, access points, printers, and other network devices with the ASUS QG-U1080 8-Port 2.5G Unmanaged Switch. Each of the eight RJ45 ports supports up to 2.5 Gb/s transfers with compatible devices, giving you the bandwidth to quickly backup files, stream media, and more. Two SFP+ ports are also available for up to 10 Gb/s fiber links.

A 59.52 Mpps forwarding rate and 8Mb packet buffer help to ensure smooth data transfers. Integrate the QG-U1080 into your network by simply connecting it to your router. No complicated configuration is required. However, the front panel DIP switches allow you to optimize your connections with different functions. With its fanless design, this desktop switch operates silently in the background of your home or office.

Priority
Priority allows you to optimize your network's performance by prioritizing port traffic based on importance during peak usage times.
EEE
Energy Efficient Ethernet (EEE) reduces your network's energy footprint. With EEE, your Ethernet switch automatically adjusts power consumption based on real-time traffic, ensuring energy savings when your network is less active.
Port Isolation
Port Isolation provides a secure and efficient way to manage your network. Isolating each port ensures that traffic on one port does not affect other devices, enhancing both security and performance.
Static Trunk
Static Trunk enables you to combine up to two 2.5G network links into a single 5G connection. This increases bandwidth, improves reliability, and enhances fault tolerance, making your network faster and more resilient.

Fast. Intuitive. Configurable. Right color. Can be wall mounted or on desk. DIP switches allow for some priority configuration. Turn it on. Connect your ethernet cables. You're up.
