The dynamic X5O TTL Wireless Flash Trigger from Godox works seamlessly with the brand's separately available iT32 mini flash by adding a hot shoe connection and flash triggering capability. This version, the X5O, features a hot shoe compatible with select Olympus and Panasonic cameras. By simply aligning the X5O with the bottom of your iT32, the flash will automatically absorb it for easy attachment. After this step, rotate the locking ring of the flash trigger to properly insert the X5O into the hot shoe mount of your compatible camera. To complete, rotate the locking ring until it's locked for secure connection.

Godox X5 Reviews
Trigger Warning! Will lead to better photos and friends!
As a singular component necessary to operate the IT32, it works well, and operates the same way as the other Godox X5 triggers. I put the IT32 atop the trigger, and within seconds it registers and it ready to activate. There were no misfires, charging time was quick, and it unlocks the world of off-camera flash photography for a very low cost. These grant access to an inexpensive, robust, cross-compatible lighting system. I have the Fuji version, and I've given Canon, Sony and Leica versions to my friends. That means we can all control the same flash, and we can use them off-camera simultaneously (on the same channel). Seriously, there is a lot of technology at play here, and it's all amazing. The real purpose and goal is the freedom to be creative with every camera system, and to collaborate with others. Everyone should have an IT32 + X5 trigger. Get one for all your friends who shoot with different camera brands, and you'll always have a backup camera system that works with your gear!
Converted my IT32 from Fuji to Canon
I use this with a Canon PowerShot V1, which by the way, is a very capable photography camera, too. I bought the IT32 to use with my Fuji camera. When I got the V1, I didn't want to attach my larger flashes to it, I want to repurpose the IT32. This works perfectly to do that. Of course, with the V1, you'll also need the Canon AD-E1 Multi-Function Shoe Adapter in order for this to work.
