ikan PT419 Overview

Ensure that your talent can read their lines clearly from up to 25' away with the Aura 19" High-Bright SDI Teleprompter from ikan. This teleprompter kit comprises a 19" LED monitor, 65/35 beamsplitter glass, a prompter hood, PrompterPro software, three camera risers of different heights, and all the mounting hardware you need. The monitor features 1280 x 1024 resolution, 160/170° viewing angle, 1000 cd/m² brightness, and SDI, HDMI, composite, and VGA inputs to support a wide range of cameras and video source options.
The beamsplitter glass is coated to reflect 65% of the light projected onto it while allowing 35% to pass through. This enables the presenter to read the reflected script text clearly from up to 25' away using a monitor below the glass, while simultaneously allowing the camera positioned directly behind the glass to record through it without capturing the reflected text.
Image Flip Button
The prompter monitor features an image flip button that provides both horizontal and vertical flipping of the displayed image.

This feature can be used for live conferences, so the presenter can view themselves as if they were looking into a mirror, giving a greater sense of comfort during the presentation.

Integrated Tally Light
The integrated tally light illuminates red or green to let the on-camera talent know which camera is live.

Green tally lights are used as a way to signal to the talent and crew that a camera is about to go live, and a red tally light is used to indicate when a camera is live / on-air.

Compatibility and Easy Setup
Three risers are included: large, short, and DSLR, to accommodate different sizes from small mirrorless to large ENG cameras. The wide hood opening provides compatibility with large ENG lenses.

The monitor attaches to the teleprompter base via the 15mm rod clamp. Since the rod clamp uses standard LWS spacing, it is compatible with any system that uses standard 15mm LWS rods. The fabric hood is anchored to the frame with bolts and it's secured with magnets for extra stability.

High-Bright Display
The 1000 cd/m² high-bright screen delivers clear text visibility in various lighting conditions, allowing for a reading range up to ${RR} away.

This feature is helpful for outdoor teleprompting in bright sunlight.

Durable Aluminum Chassis
The monitor's housing is made from durable, lightweight aluminum, which protects the monitor from the wear and tear of setup, breakdown, storage, transport.

The bezel-mounted buttons beside the display allow control of menu settings, video inputs, and the flip function.
