The 8-port GeNetix GN8 Node from ChamSys is a straightforward Art-Net/sACN to DMX node solution for different environments, such as installed or live applications. Industry-standard protocols such as Art-Net, sACN (streaming ACN), and RDM are available while the GN8's 8 DMX ports offer support for DMX output. The unit's webserver enables remote or onboard configuration with a clear display. The GN8 has a convenient M12 receiver for trussing setups, and it is suitable for rack mounting using its rack ears.
Notes: The GN8 is an output-only node. It does not unlock a demo mode on MagicQ PC systems.
Versatile
With Art-Net, sACN, as well as ChamNet and DMX timing support, the GeNetix GN8 enables local configuration via its onboard display and encoder or via webserver, which allows remote configuration from ChamSys consoles.
