Enjoy the purity of an analog patchbay with the versatility of software control with the Wolff Audio ProPatch, a 32x32 analog patchbay sporting digitally controlled relay switches with zero active electronics, eliminating noise, distortion, and coloration. With convenient software control, you can instantly recall and create complex patching configurations.
The latching relay switches will click when you make a switch of routing, but otherwise are completely silent due to the passive, single-wire design of this patchbay. With the free app software, you can create mults, convert mono to stereo, configure inserts, do A/B group comparisons, and much more. The patchbay features 16 TT/Bantam pairs (16 in, 16 out) for use with existing TT patching systems, four XLR-1/4" combo inputs, and four 1/4" TRS line outputs on the front panel, while the rear panel hosts DB-25 connectivity for patching, dedicated DIM and Mute jacks, USB-C for power and data/control, and Ethernet for control. The unit also features an integrated Wi-Fi antenna.
- Last used ProPatch configuration is non-volatile and automatically loads on power up
- Straight wire performance, relay based, zero electronics in the signal path
- Toggle presets for A/B comparison
- Frequency Response from DC to limit of the test equipment
- Accepts multiple signal types including mic, line, control voltage, MIDI, and timecode
- Passes 48V phantom, agnostic to presence of 48V
- Powered by USB-C
- Compact chassis, no fans
- Configure routing presets and instantly recall from your PC or tablet
- Use the Wolff Hound utility app to sniff your LAN and quickly locate Wolff Audio products
Because the signal path is just a wire, it can pass full bandwidth audio signal, mic level, phantom power, control voltage, digital audio, and MIDI. It is agnostic to the signals being routed. The relays are latching, so if a ProPatch loses power, the current routing remains in effect.
