B&H is a horrible store and so are most of its staff. I will never, ever, ever, ever, shop here again. I returned an Apple laptop and a Brother printer because of issues with both.

Does it support automatic 2-sided (duplex) scan from its ADF?

The Brother MFC-L2820DW All-in-One Monochrome Laser Printer, B&H # BRMFCL2820DW, does not offer duplex scanning. For duplex scanning capabilities, you can look into the Brother MFC-L2900DW All-in-One Monochrome Laser Printer, B&H # BRMFCL2900DW, which does offer duplex scanning.

The description says "Maximum Print Size: 8.5 x 11" yet 14" is listed in the spec. What is correct?

In specs it says Scan Mode is Monochrome. Yet color depth is listed as 24 bit. Can the printer do a full color scan?
