Based around a 3-chip CMOS sensor, the SK-UHD7000 2/3" GS-CMOS UHD 4K Live Production Camera from Kokusai Denki Electric is a pro broadcast camera that supports up to UHD 4K59.94 and wider BT.2020 color. This B4-mount camera features a global shutter and simultaneous UHD/HD, HDR/SDR, and BT.2020/BT.709 output.
Ergonomic Form
Ergonomic features of the unibody SK-UHD7000 include a low center of gravity, plus viewfinder return and intercom controls located on the large top handle.
HDR and BT.2020 Color
The SK-UHD7000 camera uses a new optical system to support the wider BT.2020 color space used in professional broadcasting. It also supports HLG, PQ, and S-Log3 with simultaneous HDR/SDR and BT.2020/BT.709 workflows, letting you select the outputs best suited for various displays.
Multi-Format Support
Using dual 12G-SDI outputs, the SK-UHD7000 camera supports UHD 4K and multi-format SDI video at rates up to 59.94, letting you select the best format for applications including camera jibs, cranes, and Steadicam use. An independent, unswitched RJ45 trunk connector is provided for robotic interfaces and other command-through applications.
Global Shutter
The SK-UHD7000 camera features a global shutter that reduces or eliminates the motion blur sometimes seen with rolling-shutter cameras.
