Extend Mode
Use the DIP switches to configure ports 1 to 14 in extend mode, which allows you to transfer data at 10 Gb/s speeds across 820' cables.
VLAN Mode
Designate ports 1 to 14 to be isolated from each other and only transmit data with the uplink port.
