The HeadPLUS v3 Pan and Tilt Head from edelkrone is an updated, sturdy aluminum and stainless steel head with smooth and automatic pan and tilt functions, supporting a maximum load of 10 lb. The versatile unit mounts onto a tripod with a 3/8"-16 screw, or it can be paired with the SliderPLUS, SliderONE, DollyONE, DollyPLUS, JibONE, and JibPLUS for smooth, accurate, sharply focused sliding shots.
The HeadPLUS can be accurately controlled using the edelkrone smartphone app or can be moved manually. Mounting on the SliderPLUS or DollyPLUS allows objects to be automatically tracked, producing dramatic motion shots. The unit supports time-lapse capture and special effects shots aided by recorded and repeated motions with a maximum speed of 360° in 10 seconds. An automatic point tracking feature enables you to lock to any point in a 3D space while moving on edelkrone sliders, jibs, or dollies.
A separately available Laser Module allows you to record the distance and location of your subject, tracking it while in motion. An integrated LANC port facilitates triggering your camera's shutter with an optional cable. The head folds down flat, making it easy to store in a production bag. The included L-bracket supports payloads up to 10 lb, and the unit can be powered via the included AC/DC adapter and NP-F battery plates or by using optional V-mount, Gold mount, or LP-E6 options.
