One Modular System, Built for All
Offering auto TTL, Manual, Stroboscopic flash compatibility, and Godox's 2.4 GHz X wireless system, the iT32 TTL Mini Flash enables diverse lighting setups when paired with a separately available X5-series unit. Users can choose or switch between the X5C, X5N, X5F, X5O, or X5S to respectively find compatibility with a wide range of Canon, Nikon, FUJIFILM, Olympus/Panasonic, or Sony cameras; which means you can use a single iT32 flash body and opt for different hot shoes with wireless flash trigger capability. A compact and versatile lighting tool, this flash features an adjustable power range from 1/128 to 1/1 with fine-tuning options, 1.5 sec recycling, HSS support, a color touchscreen, and a convenient LED modeling lamp. The iT32 operates using a built-in USB-C rechargeable battery to provide up to 510 full-power flashes and still has a lightweight individual body at just 6 oz.
Versatile Flash Solution
The iT32 enables instant transitions for on- and off-camera use or in complex multi-light setups thanks to its magnetic modularity, cross-brand compatibility, and Godox 2.4 GHz wireless integration. Auto, Manual, Multi flash mode compatibility, HSS, first- and second-curtain sync, and FEC are some of the handy functions of the iT32. The TTL capability simplifies shooting by automatically adjusting flash output so your subject and background are evenly exposed. Also featured are integrated Wi-Off, Sender, and Receiver modes using the separately available X5 unit.
Quick Attachment
By simply aligning the separately available X5 with the bottom of the iT32, the flash will automatically absorb it for easy attachment. After this step, you can rotate the locking ring of the flash trigger to properly insert the optional X5 into the hot shoe mount of your camera, then rotate the locking ring until it's locked for secure attachment. The magnetic interface between iT32 and the optional X5 ensures a safe, one-click connection. When attached to iT32, the optional X5 functions as the hot shoe for on-camera shooting. If detached, it automatically switches to trigger mode for wireless control of the iT32.
Effortless Sync
Remove the separately available X5 from the iT32 body and connect it to your camera's hot shoe mount to achieve wireless control of select settings from a maximum range of 65.6'. When the iT32 and the optional X5 are used together (iT32+X5 setting), they are capable of sync triggering other Godox flashes to increase flexibility and creative control. In this case, the maximum control distance is from 262.4'. Together, the iT32 and the optional X5 act as a master unit to trigger multiple Godox flashes simultaneously. Separated, the optional X5 can still control the iT32 and other flashes of the Godox X wireless system.
Easy Operation & Internal Battery

Portable Body & Included Accessories
This compact 4 x 2.2 x 1.5" flash has a transparent wide-angle diffuser, as well as a white catchlight panel for different light customization options. A photocell sensor and sync cord port are also available. Use the USB-C interface for charging and receiving firmware updates. Godox includes a USB-C charging cable, a magnetic mini stand, a diffuser, two magnetic color filters, and a simple bag for storage and transportation.

Godox X5C TTL Wireless Flash Trigger for Canon

The dynamic X5C TTL Wireless Flash Trigger from Godox works seamlessly with the brand's separately available iT32 mini flash by adding a hot shoe connection and flash triggering capability. This version, the X5C, features a hot shoe compatible with select Canon cameras. By simply aligning the X5C with the bottom of your iT32, the flash will automatically absorb it for easy attachment. After this step, rotate the locking ring of the flash trigger to properly insert the X5C into the hot shoe mount of your compatible camera. To complete, rotate the locking ring until it's locked for secure connection.

Flexibility
When the separately available iT32 and the X5C are used together (iT32+X5 setting), the X5C is also capable of sync triggering other Godox flashes. As a sender unit with the optional iT32, the X5C is able to control various receiver units that are a part of Godox's wireless X system, such as AD100Pro II, AD200Pro II, AD600Pro II, AD600BM II, iT30Pro, V100, V480, and Lux Master models.
Additional Details
Please note: The X5C does not have power on/off function, but color indicators. Users can attach the X5C to the separately available iT32 and access the menu to check the battery level of the flash trigger. The X5C has an internal 3.8V, 100mAh lithium battery. It takes approximately three hours to fully charge the X5C after connecting it to your iT32, and about 16 hours to discharge from full battery level.

This is a great flash. Easy to carry, set up, and use, and it provides a nice amount of flash or fill for occasional use in indoor events or shaded/evening locations. Half the size of my traditional speedlight, so it’s nice for minimizing space for travel.

Decent cheap flash, but won't easily connect

I'm prefacing this with the fact that this is the first external flash I've ever used, so I may not be used to any intricacies that come with the tech. I'm more of a videographer than a photographer and am thus more at home with regular lights than flashes. However, as I'm starting to get more into photography, I figured it was time to get into flashes – or at least entry-level ones. I have a Sony A6700, and what was a real pain was connecting it to the camera's hot shoe mount. I followed the connection-and-power-on order in the instructions and it didn't work; I downloaded the latest firmware and updated it, and it didn't work; after an hour or two of various tests, I finally got it to work by turning it on first, and then attaching it to the camera (at least I think that was the procedure...I was so flustered I forgot the precise procedure by the time I actually got it to work). After that it worked just fine. The auto setting is nice, but the manual setting for flash intensity was more effective and worked in a variety of locales for my photography gig. Very bright! The flash had problems staying secured to the hot shoe mount, though – even with the fastening washer, any bit of jostling can disconnect it and then you'll need to go through the whole connection-and-power-on rigamarole to get it working again. It's decent for the basic job I need it for, but it's nothing too great.

Will this work seamlessly with the Flashpoint version (Flashpoint Zoom Li-Ion X R2) of the Godox V1?

The Godox iT32 TTL Mini Flash with X5C Trigger Kit for Canon will work with the Flashpoint Zoom Li-Ion X R2 as long as it is the version that is 2.4 GHz, not the 433 MHz version.

The Godox iT32 TTL Mini Flash with X5C Trigger Kit for Canon, BH #GOIT32X5CK (B&H Kit), is compatible with the Canon EOS 1V HS 35mm camera. However, it will only work manually, not HHS.

The Godox iT32 TTL Mini Flash with X5C Trigger Kit for Canon (B&H# GOIT32X5CK) consists of the Godox iT32 TTL Mini Flash (B&H# GOIT32), which does not have any sort of standard ISO hot shoe, as well as the Godox X5C TTL Wireless Flash Trigger for Canon (B&H# GOX5C), which is a transmitter that also serves as a coupler between the flash and the standard ISO hot shoe that is found on most (but not all) Canon cameras. Additional and separate such transmitters/couplers may be purchased for proprietary hot shoes (and compatible communication protocols) such as the Godox X5O TTL Wireless Flash Trigger for Olympus and Panasonic (B&H# GOX5O), Godox X5N TTL Wireless Flash Trigger for Nikon (B&H# GOX5N), Godox X5F TTL Wireless Flash Trigger for FUJIFILM (B&H# GOX5F), Godox X5L TTL Wireless Flash Trigger for Leica (B&H# GOX5L), and Sony (MIS) Godox X5S TTL Wireless Flash Trigger for Sony (B&H# GOX5S). The Godox iT32 TTL Mini Flash with X5C Trigger Kit for Canon is not directly compatible with the Canon EOS R50 Mirrorless Camera. However, you can use the Canon AD-E1 Multi-Function Shoe Adapter, BH # CAOCSAADE1, to adapt the flash/trigger to the camera.

Speedlights are generally rated by guide number, and the Godox iT32 TTL Mini Flash with X5C Trigger Kit for Canon has a guide number of 59.1' / 18 m. This would be quite low in watt-seconds. While Godox does not publish the guide number of this flash, most standard rectangular flashes range from about 40 to 70 watt-seconds or so. The Godox iT32 TTL Mini Flash with X5C Trigger Kit for Canon is a more compact flash and will fall on the lower output side.

The Godox iT32 TTL Mini Flash can only be mounted on the Godox X5C TTL Wireless Flash Trigger which can be mounted and work with any hot shoe that has a single pin.
