You might be on a tight budget and looking for an office chair. This is not the one. This thing took forever to ship (very unusual for B&H), came with several screws missing and is incredibly uncomfortable. The instructions to assemble are some of the worst I’ve ever seen. Parts are not labeled correctly and the labels within the instructions do not even match on the printed piece. It appears like they’ve been printed on the paper after the fact. Do not buy. Treat your behind to something that actually works.
