Made to withstand rough terrain on set, the ZIPR is equipped with rugged 6.5" all-terrain, solid rubber, puncture-free tires. For maximum safety, a robust advanced braking system is employed to brake smoothly and handle inclines with ease.
Motor System
A dual-motor FWD system is employed to reach speeds of up to 10 mph carrying loads of up to 550 lb, and cover up to 18.6 miles on a single charge. Featuring Hill-Start Assist and Gradient Compensation technologies, the ZIPR 2WD can gently hold torque to prevent rollbacks on inclines, and adjust the motor's output to maintain a steady pace - uphill or downhill.
Advanced Braking
Safety is a priority when moving around hundreds of pounds of gear around people. This is why ZILR equipped the ZIPR 4WD cart with an advanced regenerative six-brake system. It consists of four-wheel regenerative front braking, and rear dual mechanical drum brakes. The regenerative system translates braking power to additional battery power to extend battery life. The EBS (Electronic Braking System) will engage the brakes immediately when the throttle is released.
