The Rane AVA 22d Broadcast Audio Delay is a device used to delay broadcast audio for synchronization to processed video. When activated this unit will delay programming up to 9.5 frames NTSC, PAL/SECAM. This unit features a bypass function, sensitivity controls and memory storage.
Multiple Television Systems
This unit can provide broadcast audio delay to work with NTSC, PAL or SECAM television system.
Frame Delay
This device can delay audio to match up to 9.5 frames of video and can be specific by adjusting to half frame increments (single field).
Bypass
Independent bypass relays provide a fail safe, hard-wired bypass in case of power loss.
Memory
Each output has two nonvolatile memories (no batteries required) A and B, for easy access to previously stored delay values.
