ASUS XG Mobile Overview

Boost your gaming and productivity with high-end visuals by connecting your Thunderbolt 5 compatible laptop to the ROG XG Mobile from ASUS. By combining an external NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 Ti laptop GPU with a dock, this powerful accessory can accelerate video content creation in addition to providing immersive visuals when playing games.

Connect external displays through the HDMI 2.1 and DisplayPort 2.1 outputs. The integrated dock includes a Thunderbolt 5 output for storage drives and monitors. Additionally, two USB-A 3.2 Gen 2 ports are available for up to 10 Gb/s devices. There is also a 5 Gb/s RJ45 network LAN port available alongside a UHS-III SD card reader that supports up to 312 MB/s transfers. The XG Mobile portable design and built-in kickstand allow you to bring it almost anywhere and quickly get set up.

With Thunderbolt 5 connectivity, the XG Mobile delivers up to 120 Gb/s throughput with compatible devices. You can also connect a single 8K display or up to four 4K 144 Hz monitors simultaneously.

Ideal for creators and gamers, the integrated NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 Ti laptop GPU features 12GB of GDDR7 VRAM and a max TGP of 115W.
Advanced Thermals
A specially designed fan, lightweight shroud, and vapor chamber provide efficient heat dissipation without compromising portability. The copper vapor chamber features a large surface contact with heat-generating components while maintaining a light, portable design. A dust filter helps to keep debris out so that the fans can work efficiently.
Aura Sync
Add flair to your gaming experience by customizing the ROG logo with a variety of RGB lighting effects and syncing them with Aura Sync compatible peripherals.

This thing is freaking amazing. Plug and play with the ROG Ally X and keeps my frames up. If you're looking for 4k gaming this thing can do it but runs way better at 1440 and takes it to the max for 1080. Budget Ballers unite!

Plug and play setup that only required a nvidia driver download (Asus Rog Ally Xbox X). Massive FPS gain despite thunderbolt 4 bottleneck. 2K-4K gaming on AAA titles with 60+ FPS. Only downside is the eGPU usb c connecting cord is very sensitive to data loss if even slightly bumped. Overall incredibly happy with this setup which is great for travelers who want convert their handheld experience into a gaming desktop on the go (hotel).
