As usual, B&H provided outstanding service and delivery. Gitzo is another matter. Gitzo provides extended warranties if you register the products you purchased on their site. Trying to register a product on the Gitzo site is ridiculously complicated and totally user unfriendly. In this day and age of software and computers there is no excuse for such an unfriendly site unless, of course, Gitzo really does not want its customers to receive the extended warranty! Just to be clear, I own four Gitzo products including a tripod and ballhead, all of which are great, it is just the site that is terrible.
