The Leatherman Rebar Multi-Tool features stainless steel construction with a black oxide finish and tools to accomplish a diverse set of tasks on set, around the house, or on outdoor excursions. When opened, each tool locks into a working position. The lanyard ring helps keep the Rebar within arm's reach. The Rebar features clamshell packaging and is assembled in the USA.
- Needle-nose pliers are ridged for an optimized grip and a cutout to accommodate situations that would normally require a separate set of standard pliers.
- The crook of the pliers has wire cutters, crimpers, and strippers integrated into its design, which are useful for quick electrical fixes.
- When opened, a selection of tools can be swiveled out from either handle. One of the handles contains a large and medium flathead screwdriver, an awl with an integrated thread loop, a straight-bladed knife, and a file suitable for use on both metal and wood. The other side of the Rebar sports a combination bottle/can opener, a Philips screwdriver, a crosscut saw, and a serrated blade.
- When correctly lined up the two handles form an 8" ruler for convenient measuring in a snap.
- Both the serrated and straight blades are 2.9" long and machined from 420HC stainless steel.
- A convenient and well-hidden lanyard clip can be popped out from the handle, which contains the straight blade.
