Smoothly track presenters in your conference, class, or live performance using the black PTC-155 SDI/HDMI Autotracking PTZ Camera from Datavideo. This camera features remote pan, tilt, and zoom control via IR remote, IP, or serial protocols, an AI autotracking algorithm, SD card recording, and 30x optical and 16x digital zoom.
Simultaneous Outputs
Connect your PTC-155 to multiple devices in your workflow for flexibility. All the outputs are active at the same time, supporting simultaneous HDMI 1.3, NDI HX3, UVC, and 3G-SDI output up to 1080p60.
Quick-Access AI & Object Tracking
- Setting up AI tracking is available via various external controllers such as the included RMC-1AT remote control and DVIP controllers (RMC-300A, RMC-180 MARK II, and PTC View Assist). In addition to camera controllers, you can also easily enable AI tracking on smart switchers, which include KMU-200, SHOWCAST 100, and others as well as complete solution systems like ZR-1 Smart Classroom.
- If you are capturing multiple people, you can designate a single person for AI tracking. Once set up on the camera, only the designated person will be tracked, avoiding interferences such as the desks, people crossing back and forth, and large objects.
Smart PTZ Speed Adaptation
The integrated PID algorithm is able to detect the movement speed of the identified object and automatically adjust the camera's corresponding pan, tilt, and zoom speeds in such a way that the lens movement will be smooth, avoiding common camera lens movement problems like jerky movements or unpredicted halts.
Low Noise in Low Light
Advanced 3D noise-reduction technology is also used to further reduce the noise while ensuring image sharpness.
Streaming and Network Support
The camera supports RTSP and RTMPS protocols, making it easy to stream directly to two different CDN platforms and Datavideo dvCloud. ONVIF Profile S compatibility lets you easily integrate the camera into a network video system.
Power over Ethernet
The PTC-155 supports PoE for easy installation without the need to find local power outlets or hire an electrician to install outlets wherever you want to mount your camera. Simply connect your PTC-155 to a PoE switch.

IP, NDI HX3, and Serial Control

Power and Mounting Options
The camera is powered by the included power adapter or via PoE, and it includes a ceiling mount bracket kit. You can utilize the separately available WM-1, WM-10, or WM-11 wall mount kits if you prefer to mount the camera on a wall.
Multiple Remote-Control Options
- The RMC-1AT PTZ remote control can set and control up to four cameras and save presets.
- The PTZ View Assist camera control app is tailored for monitoring the live streaming video from the PTC-155 and other PTC series cameras. This app can control up to four cameras simultaneously via DVIP; you can intuitively set up and recall the presets, and adjust white balance, focus, and iris.
Datavideo RMC-2P 3-Channel Camera Controller with Baseplate
Remotely control your PTZ cameras such as the PTC-150 series using a simple joystick using the RMC-2P Joystick Camera Controller from Datavideo. This frugally designed controller is designed to control up to three Datavideo PTZ cameras using DVIP via the RJ45 port on the back. The controller can also be used with the TPC-700P touch panel controller and iCAST mini presentation switcher using its USB port. The joystick controller is suited for use with broadcast, house of worship, education, live concert events, e-sports, and a variety of other small to midsize venues.
NOTE: The RMC-2P controller is only compatible with Datavideo PTZ cameras.
