This 22 x 28" Insite Acid-Free Foamboard (10-pack) from The Gilman Brothers is a polystyrene foam core board between two sheets of acid-free paper. Ideal for photographers and artists who require a backing that will preserve artwork for long-term display or storage, the foamboard offers two mounting surfaces, both free from damaging pollutants and harmful gases. The acid-free liners have pH values ranging from 7.5 to 9.5 and are buffered with 3-5% calcium carbonate reserve to retain their acid-free characteristics over time. The liners meet PAT standards and 100% high alpha cellulose virgin pulp plus free of ground wood and post-consumer materials. The sturdy 3/16" foam center is warp resistant and designed to retain its thickness during mounting.
