The Tentacle Sync Right-Angle 3.5mm TRS to USB-C Timecode Cable (9.8") is incompatible. The cable needed is the Tentacle Sync 3.5mm TRS to Multi Interface Timecode Cable for Sony FX3/FX30 (7.9") [BH # TEC24] instead, because the Sony FX3 does not sync timecode through its USB-C port.
