The 1/4" acrylic material reflects mid-to-high frequencies (snare drum, cymbals, guitars, horns, etc.) and diffuse them, so the audience's hearing won't be overwhelmed. With the isolated design and frequency dampening material, microphone bleed will be reduced significantly, ensuring a cleaner mix-ready sound.
All panels can be easily connected together thanks to the secure tooth-in-groove locking system. Cable cutouts are located at the bottom of the panels for easy routing and wire organization. Flexibility is a big factor with these panels—no assembly is required. Plus, the shield can easily be folded flat for easy storage. This model also includes a hinge to connect with other compatible Clear Sonic panels. The hinge can bend 180 degrees in one direction and 90 degrees in the other. This is great when you need to create a customizable shield for various performances.
