The BRIDGE4A+ 19" 4-Channel Active DI Box with Line Isolation from Palmer is a studio-quality DI box in 19" rack format with upscale transformers that handle high levels without distorting or changing the sound characteristics of your content.
Each channel is equipped with a combo XLR-1/4" input and two transformer-balanced front and rear panel-based XLR outputs. Each of the four channels can be used independently as an active DI box, a line-isolation box, or a booster. The 10:1 transformation ratio ensures optimum impedance and level matching for connected instrument signals from guitar, bass, keyboard, or synthesizer to be sent to a balanced microphone input. If desired, the signal level can be boosted in three stages by 6, 12, or 18 dB. Galvanic isolation strips ground-loop hum, rendering a pure, clear, and ultralow noise signal. To add to the versatility of the unit, audio can also be output via Cat 5e (AES72), which vastly reduces cable management and setup time.
