Hear Every Word with AccuVoice
AccuVoice uses advanced algorithms to lift voices above background noise and music, so dialog stays clear and easy to understand, even at low volumes. It's like a hearing aid for your TV. The AccuVoice AV835 soundbar offers 20 levels of dialog clarification, including 10 levels of SuperVoice, which softens background sounds so they don't interfere with voice intelligibility.
Output Leveling
If you've ever been jolted by a blaring commercial, you'll appreciate ZVOX Output Leveling (OL) technology. It automatically adjusts audio to make soft sounds clearer and loud sounds more balanced, reducing sudden volume spikes when switching channels or during commercial breaks.

ZVOX Accuvoice AV855 Reviews

Success ....

I'm getting older; my hearing isn't what it used to be. Time to get serious about hearing aids so I can understand what the cashier is asking me in the checkout line. If possible, I'd give this 4.5-stars. But that's because there are probably depths of sound reproduction at an affordable price that technology simply can't produce at this time. I'd never try to get surround sound out of my TV by adding a soundbar. I already have a very expensive audio system that does that. But I'd rather not fire that system up to listen to the news, some home improvement program, or advertising commercials. I just want better clarity so I can hear what people are saying. Bought a different brand 2.1 speaker soundbar from B&H before Christmas for $250. Got to thinking I should have tried a 3.1 system to have a dedicated center channel speaker. I returned the B&H product (thanks, guys). Did some research and decided to try this brand. While there's not quite the same level of control over the EQ and other performance spec's I'd prefer, this particular model meets my needs. By gradually increasing the level of "accuvoice" produced I get the clarity of spoken language I want without distorting the entire soundtrack into something that sounds "tinny" and artificial. That's what I wanted. That's what I got. That's why this purchase was a success. Just one AC power cable and one HDMI "Arc" cable attached to my TV creates a seamless integration between the Zvox soundbar and my new LG G-6 TV. The Zvox is even smart enough to turn itself on an off when I push the power button on the TV's remote control.
