In addition to this high-quality footage from the standard viewpoint of the drone, the X1's imaging capabilities expand beyond that to let you get creative with your shots.

Automated Flight Modes
- Waypoint: Manually set several points and have the X1 automatically follow the flight path. It can perform preset and customizable actions along the path, and the path can be repeated if needed.
- Cruise Control: Fly long distances more easily by activating Cruise Control, which locks the speed without having to press the control stick.
- Hyperlapse: Four modes for capturing time-lapse shots: Free, Waypoint, Circle, and Course Lock.

Safe Flight
Whether flying normally or having the X1 automatically return home, its 360° omnidirectional obstacle avoidance system will keep the drone safe. It can detect and avoid objects by using a combination of four fisheye vision sensors, downwards binocular vision sensors, and a 3D ToF depth sensor. This ability is what helps the X1 use its complex automated flight modes and allows you to safely fly in dense and urban environments.
Advanced RTH
The X1 has an advanced RTH (Return to Home) mode that can be activated manually or when the battery becomes too low. The X1 will automate the most efficient flight path back to its takeoff point, using the omnidirectional obstacle avoidance sensors to protect itself along the way.
