Palm-sized yet sturdy, the HST MiniTracker EQ Camera Mount is made for capturing long-exposure images of the sun, the moon, deep skies, and earth/sky compositions. The system functions as an equatorial mount, compensating for the apparent movement of celestial objects across the sky. The tracking head runs on a USB-C rechargeable battery with a 5-hour runtime, but can also be powered by three AAA batteries using an optional battery holder or an external 5 VDC power supply.
