Versatile Video Head
Designed to support camera rigs weighing up to 22 lb, the NH40 Video Head with Long Plate S from Libec has a versatile 75mm ball/flat base design. This compact head features a longer S camera plate that provides additional sliding range for balancing your camera.
Sliding Plate
To help achieve proper balance, the NH40 head includes a sideload quick release camera plate that can slide up to 3.3" of fore/aft adjustment with both 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 camera mounting screw options. The screw and locating pin slide within a channel on the plate for optimal camera balance.
Dual Bases
This 75mm ball head incorporates a flat base with a 3/8"-16 thread, letting you use it with a 75mm bowl tripod or mount the head directly on a slider, skater dolly, or similar support. The tie-down knob has a spacer that can be removed to increase the mounting range.
Additional Details
- The continuous five-step counterbalance and three-step pan/tilt drag controls provide smooth movement.
- On the side, there are 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threads to mount a variety of accessories such as a light, monitor, or extension arm.
- The NH40 includes a pan handle that can be placed on the right or left side of the head.
- The LED-illuminated bubble level helps to level the camera on uneven surfaces, even in low light.
