Great Video Bar, Top Tier Internal Mic and Speaker

I ordered this on a Monday and had it Wednesday, even though it was marked as a special order, so that was a pleasant surprise. We got it along with the MIC100W wireless mic system for a mid size meeting room where we sometimes have as many as 12 people, and it works perfectly for this purpose. The camera has a wide angle that picks up the whole room, but it has enough of a zoom to zero in on the table. The speaker is very loud and clear, and even in a fairly large area, you can push it enough to fill the room without distorting at all. The different camera modes are very useful, and while we're still getting accustomed to some of them, I really like the AI tracking because, unlike some other cameras I've used, it doesn't snap to and from different people so quickly that it gives you whiplash. There's a bit of a delay, and it's a smooth transition. Tiling can be great, too, especially when there are fewer people, since it automatically splits up the screen per person. There's certainly nothing wrong with the manual mode, though, and using the remote to zoom to where it fits so you can set and forget. The built-in mic works surprisingly well in our room, but there's no way around the difference in volume over long distances, so in a professional setting in a room with multiple speakers, you do need additional microphones. If you only need this for one or 2 people who will be equidistant from the video bar, you can definitely get away with just the VB100. We got the MIC100W wireless microphone system to go along with it, and with those mics on the table, there is more than enough coverage to have all 12 people be clear and precise over Teams and Zoom. I'll give the mic system its own in-depth review since that's a separate product, but overall we couldn't be happier with this setup and highly recommend it. If I had to nitpick, the one thing I'm not crazy about is that all the controls are on the remote: I understand why they did that, so people can't easily mess with your settings, but just make sure to keep track of the remote!
