When you need to add two- or three-part harmonies to your guitar lines, the Pico Intelligent Harmony Machine Pedal from Electro-Harmonix provides excellent harmonic balance in a small package. Housed in a pico-sized chassis, the pedal features 10 harmony interval modes that can be played in any key. Use the Key knob and second-voice button (#) to select the key of the harmony. Engage the Dual mode while pressing and holding the second-voice button. A separate volume and mix knob lets you tailor the level of the overall and harmonized signals. Tight tracking follows your playing extremely well, ensuring the harmonies are fast and locked to your lines. An included 9V power supply is also included.
Intelligent Harmony and Pitch
At the core of this pedal lies a pitch and harmony system that provides two- or three-part harmonies. With 10 harmony interval modes, pitches can be altered to go down or up with the interval knob. Dual Mode is engaged by pressing and holding the second-voice button for one second, and the second additional harmony can be added and controlled with the interval knob.
Easy-to-Use Controls
The simple control layout on the pedal provides you with easy-to-use sonic manipulation.
- Volume: adjusts the overall output volume
- Mix: adjusts the output mix from 100% dry to 100% wet
- Key: sets the key that the pedal is tuned to, in conjunction with the second-voice button. The LED briefly flashes each time a new key is selected
- Interval: controls the harmony interval relative to the input signal.
- Second-Voice (#) Button: switches between a natural and sharp key
Connections and Power
1/4" TS connections are provided for input and output stages, and the pedal can be powered via the included 9 VDC power supply rated at 100mA.
