The transmitters feature a USB-C port for connecting to computers and a 3.5mm TRS input that supports the use of external lav mics when alternatives to the built-in mics are desired. The receiver offers a 3.5mm TRS output for audio capture devices and both USB-C and Lightning jacks for use with mobile devices, such as iOS and Android smartphones. The transmitter provides three-level gain adjustment. A safety channel feature is available, allowing you to record a second backup track at a lower level in case your primary track distorts. The pre-linked transmitters and receiver make it easy to start creating right out of the box. The L7 system includes clip-on furry windshields and a convenient case that holds the whole system.
